		<description>Right on.  Thanks for your comment. The metal that your talking about is sand cast aluminum and it is from a local foundry. We utilize local aluminum waste to make our products. Old automotive and airplane cast parts are used however you typically only yield 96.8% of recycled content. This is because you have to add aluminum ingots to strengthen your cast part. However fairly recently we tried using old automotive tire rims and we achieved 100% recycled content, therefore no aluminum ingots were added. I recently launched an eco-friendly furniture company in Denver, and am excited to see the things you&#039;re doing with recycled materials.  I would appreciate some thoughts on how to execute some of my high ecological ethics.  Denver has foundries that buy from metal suppliers, but my desire to keep things local is very challenging.
